nohires.com provides AI autopilots for software agencies. You connect your stack, we run scheduled agents on your data, and you get back drafted deliverables that you approve and send. The autopilots are tools; final responsibility for every outgoing communication remains with you.

You agree not to use nohires.com to send spam, violate third-party terms, or process data you do not have the right to process. Connected OAuth tokens are scoped to your org only. If we detect abuse, we may suspend or terminate your org without notice.

Autopilot deliverables are drafts. Anything flagged as “requires approval” is held for your explicit click. At 100% autonomy, the autopilot sends on its own, but every action is held for 30 seconds with an undo and remains reversible for 24 hours. You are responsible for the content of anything you approve or allow the autopilot to send on your behalf.

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle — no prorating mid-month. If the autopilot fails to save you the cost of the plan in your first 30 days, email billing@nohires.com for a refund.

We provide the Service “as is” and make no warranty that the autopilot output is free of errors. nohires, inc.’s maximum liability in any 12-month period is the amount you paid during that period.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Fulton County.
