§ Privacy · April 2026
What we keep.
What we don’t.
§ Scope
This privacy policy applies to nohires.com(the “Service”), operated by nohires, inc. from Atlanta, Georgia. It covers information we collect from customers who sign up, the data we ingest from connected integrations, and what we do with it.
§ Information we collect
When you sign up, we store:
- Your name, email, and organization name (via Clerk)
- An encrypted copy of any OAuth tokens you provide
- Workspace data from whichever tools you explicitly connect — Linear, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Notion, Trello, GitHub, Slack, Gmail, HubSpot, and 500+ others via Composio (projects, issues, commits, channels, messages)
- Payment records from Stripe (no card details)
- Action log entries for every automated or manual action
§ How we use it
Ingested workspace data is used exclusively to run the Reconstruct, Diagnose, Design, and Delivery Lead agents inside your own tenant. We do not share your data with other customers, do not train models on your data, and do not sell any data to third parties. Perplexity Computer calls are routed through Vercel AI Gateway with zero data retention when available.
§ Encryption
All OAuth tokens and connector credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM using a per-deployment encryption key. The database is hosted on Neon with TLS-only connections. Email is sent via Resend over TLS.
§ Your rights
You can disconnect any integration, export your action log, or delete your entire organization (and all associated data) at any time from the settings page. Deletion is immediate and cascades through every table.
