We are
the autopilot
layer.

§ Who

nohires.comis a software product, not a consultancy. We’re built in Atlanta, Georgia — specifically inside Atlanta Tech Village — and our first customers are dev shops we can walk down the hall and demo to.

Our founder, Eli, ran a dev consultancy for years before realizing that the most expensive thing he was hiring for — the delivery lead — was a role software could actually do. The product you’re looking at is what he built to replace that hire on his own agency first.

We have three design partners already on the production system: BuildFM, AnswerLab, and Nexlayer. Their feedback shaped every agent prompt and UX pattern in the product.

§ What

The autopilot layer for software agencies. Connect your stack, we reconstruct how your delivery actually runs, and we deploy an AI Delivery Lead that runs your projects — so you don’t hire a $147k PM you can’t afford.

Reasoning runs on Perplexity Computer, tool execution on Composio (500+ integrations, managed OAuth, automatic token refresh), data lives in Neon Postgres, and the whole thing runs on Vercel Fluid Compute. No custom OAuth code, no token plumbing, no vendor lock — just the autopilot.

Today we ship one autopilot: Delivery Lead. Roadmap includes: Account Manager (Q3 2026), Ops Lead (Q4 2026), Support Lead (Q1 2027), Bookkeeper (Q2 2027). Every future autopilot follows the same 7-stage flow: Connect, Reconstruct, Diagnose, Design, Simulate, Deploy, Run.

§ Why

Because 270,000 software agencies globally spend more on ambiguous hires than they spend on any other line item. Because Perplexity Computer can now do judgment, not just research. Because the brand name nohires is the entire product thesis in 7 letters.

We’re not a chatbot. We’re not a PM tool. We’re the layer that replaces specific headcount categories one at a time, starting with the one that bleeds the most money.

when you are.
